Event Location

Reunion registration/ticket purchase ends July 16th, 2022 at 12 NOON CST

The cost to attend is $50 for Adult/Young Adult (Ages 13 & Up), $20 for Youth/Child (Ages 6-12). FREE for Children (Ages 5 & Under).

The breakdown is $20 for the BBQ meal. $10 for the DJ. $10 for the photographer. $10 for the ballroom. Instuctions on how to register are below.

Hotel Reservation: We have blocked rooms at three hotels. Make your reservations online at the hotel's website or call quick before the room block is sold out.

Days Inn by Wyndham room block closes July 22nd, 2022.

Hampton Inn room block closes July 22nd, 2022.

Holiday Inn Express room block closes July 15th, 2022.

Pre-Reunion Events

Thursday July 28th

3PM- Early Reunion Check-In (for those arriving early) will be at the Days Inn.

Pick up BBQ Tickets, Goodie Bag, and T-Shirt.

Light refreshment will be provided.

Reunion Agenda

Friday July 29th

12PM - Leadership Meeting. All are invited.

3PM - Reunion check-in will continue at the Days Inn by Wyndam, located at 2804 N. Main St.

5PM - Descendants of Greatness: Family Historian/Genealogy Gathering Location: SGA Conference Room

****Exchange information, share photos, work on the family tree, and learn more about the oral and written Snowden family history.

8PM - Bowling will take place at Town and Country Bowling Lanes located at 1616 East Broadway starting at 8PM.

Saturday July 30th

8am - 1pm - The Family BBQ will take place at Missile Park located at E. Katy Drive. Play grounds, pavilions, and a splash pad are on site.

A catered meal will be provided by Busta's Eatz consisting of three meats, 2 sides, and a drink and will be served at 1130.

The early start is dual purposed. First, to beat the heat. The extended forcast for that day is in the low 100s. We want to limit the possibility of heat injuries as much as possible. Second, it is to give everyone time to recover from all the BBQ excitement and give time to get fly for the Harlem Nights Ball.

***NOTE - IF YOU BRING ALCOHOL, IT MUST BE IN A CUP***

7PM - The Harlem Nights Ball will take place in the Ballroom at the Days Inn by Wyndam located at 2804 N. Main.

DJ, Photo Booth, drinks, and finger food will be provided.

Sunday July 31st

9AM - Laying of Flowers Ceremony at Amanda Snowden's Gravesite

WE WILL START PROMPTLY AT 9AM. PLEASE BE ON TIME OR EARLY.

1030AM - Men's and Women's Brunch will take place at separate locations. Select family members will speak on topics TBD (1hr)

WE WILL NOT START THIS LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE ON TIME OR BE EARLY!!!!!
